Tried for 2 days to get appointment ,calling at 8am.On phone for 4o-60 minutes .To be told all appointments have gone ,but that is the way with All surgeries now.
Receptionist very helpful and sympathetic.
Dr Pope is wonderful!!.
Hope to get an appointment one day.
I am some what surprised at some of the comments about three way health surgery
I have had nothing but great service, and constuctive advice and have never felt pressured time wise, ok some times you have to wait on the phone but that's a small price to pay for your health service, I feel lucky we have such a good flexible surgery,
This is the worst run practise I have ever been too, I question why I still go their but it's the closest to where I live.
Firstly you can never get an appointment, their system of booking one has changed three times so they know it doesn't work themselves. The staff at reception are so rude, they never want to help or apologise for anything. If you arrive 1 minute late the GPs/Nurses will make it apparent that they are annoyed but if they are running late by 40 mins its just tough luck.
Their appointments are 10 mins per patient however whenever I book in I'm always waiting longer than half an hour. When I speak to reception they don't care and tell me to take it up with the GP. Shocking service. I have suggested many times that they need to make the slot time longer if they cant stick with the 10mins allocated time. It really affects the time keeping for the rest of your day, we shouldn't have to be late for work or pick up kids because they are running half an hour behind!
Very difficult to get an appointment here ,I phoned at eight am and was thirteenth in a queue , finally got through to be told that it was not possible to see a doctor that day but I could see a nurse.I feel you really have to ARGUE your case with the reception to get to see a doctor and prove that you are sick enough to warrant it.For a small village practice this is a disappointing service.
All excellent. Easy to get appointment (if you heed their advice).
Highly attentive and caring.
